Jennifer Tabiri is the Nutrition Services Director for Community Action Partnership of Hillsborough and Rockingham Counties. She brings strong clinical and public health expertise with a focus on maternal and child health, supported by international experience across the UK, Ghana, and the United States. She holds a master's degree in Human Sciences with a concentration in Nutrition and Dietetics from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Before stepping into this role, Jennifer served as CAPHR’s WIC Nutrition Manager, where she strengthened program operations and advanced evidence‑based practice.
She is committed to collaborative community partnerships, culturally responsive care, and advancing CAPHR’s mission to support families and promote equitable health outcomes.
