Tucker joined Community Action Partnership Hillsborough and Rockingham Counties (CAPHR) in 2025 as the Marketing Engagement Director, bringing with him extensive experience from the for-profit sector. Before joining CAPHR, he worked as a marketing specialist and marketing manager within the security industry, where he played a key role in developing and modernizing marketing operations for two companies.

Tucker's expertise spans social media, email, and print advertising campaigns, and he notably spearheaded a successful rebrand initiative at his previous company. This experience positions him well to contribute significantly as CAPHR completes its own rebranding process, transitioning from Southern New Hampshire Services.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and a minor in Sociology from Castleton University in Vermont. Born and raised in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom, Tucker is a lifelong sports enthusiast, having played hockey, soccer, and baseball throughout his youth. He currently resides in Derry, New Hampshire, where he has lived for the past seven years.
