Spencer joined Community Action Partnership Hillsborough and Rockingham Counties (CAPHR) in 2025 as the Facilities Director. Spencer brings over 16 years of hands-on experience to the role as his prior expertise is in the electrical trade and commercial construction industry. Spencer is well-versed in building operations, overseeing complex projects, and ensuring all electrical systems function as intended.
Prior to stepping into the Facilities Director role, Spencer served as a Master Electrician and Project Manager at prominent local electrical contractor, where he successfully managed large-scale electrical installations, renovations, and troubleshooting efforts across a variety of projects. With a deep understanding of the intricacies of electrical systems, Spencer applies a technical, hands-on approach to problem-solving, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective solutions.
Spencer resides in Nashua, New Hampshire with his wife, daughter and son. He enjoys spending time outdoors, chipping away at house projects and watching his favorite New England sports teams…Go Bruins!
