Debra Stohrer is a Concord native and lifelong resident.  Her career in administration has consisted of governmental and nonprofit organizations including support positions in the NH House of Representatives; the City of Nashua; the Concord Union School District; and Concord 20/20 as Executive Director.  Deb came to Southern New Hampshire Services, now doing business as Community Action Partnership Hillsborough and Rockingham Counties (CAPHR), in 2015 and serves as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director.
