After completing her bachelor’s degree in 2021, Nikki joined CAPHR’s Leadership Team as an Early Childhood and Disabilities Specialist. She continued to grow in leadership roles, becoming Education and Social Emotional Manager in 2023 and then Content Manager in 2024.
In 2026, Nikki became Child Development Director. From the very beginning of her work with CAPHR, she recognized a deep passion for supporting children, families, and the mission of Community Action.
