WIC is a nutrition program that helps pregnant women, new parents, infants, and young children stay healthy by providing access to nutritious foods, personalized nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and other health-related services.
Pregnant individuals and parents of children up to age 5 may qualify for WIC based on household size and income. Families within the ranges listed in the 2026 Eligibility Criteria chart are encouraged to apply.
There are 2 ways to apply for WIC:
- Submit a pre-application online, and your local WIC clinic will be in touch
- Find your local clinic, call and schedule an appointment for “WIC benefits"
